The Harmon Hotel Tower in Los Vegas may be demolished due to building defects according to a news article on Yahoo. The beautiful building currently sits unoccupied and with no occupants means no income for the owners of the building MGM. Originally, the building was build to be 49-story luxury building and used as a mixed-use condo and hotel project.

An engineering report in July stated that repairs to the building my not be possible. Even if the repairs are possible it is estimated that the work would take three years to complete.
