Snoring Solutions Pills Spray

Snoring Kit: Spray, Pills and Extinguisher.

If you are keeping your significant other up at night SnoreStop might have a solution that is right for you. There is nothing worse that a loud neighbor who keeps you up all night. Waking up every morning feeling exhausted should not be a normal occurrence.

I was a little skeptical at first but after reading the Snore Stop FAQ page I figured that I would give it a try. My wife claims that I have a snoring problem so I tested out their starter pack in hopes of a quick and safe solution. Nasal sprays have never been my style but for the sake of this review I tested out all three.

SnoreStop Starter Pack

NasoSpray – Nasal Spray

The NasoSpray was easy to use and quick. Shake it up and then spray it into the air a few times to prime the spray. After that place the tip of the nozzle past the nasal passage. Pump once into each nostril. Be sure to clean the tip after each use. Really not much to it.

Fast Tabs – Chewable Tablets

These are chewable tablets and I would recommend them if you don’t like to use nasal sprays or throat sprays. It is really an issue of preference in my opinion.

The chewable tablets are easy to use. Take them 30 minutes before bedtime and repeat at bedtime. As you notice improvement in snoring the directions suggest using every other night (reduce the dosage) until you no longer need them.

Extinguisher – Throat Spray

Awe the extinguisher. This might take you back to when you were a kid and had to use a spray for your sore throat. Directions are straight forward. Shake before each use. At bedtime, spray once under the tongue and once in the back of the throat.

My Results

All three solutions had about the same effect on my snoring. They didn’t stop my snoring altogether, but I did experience dramatically reduced snoring. Enough to where I wasn’t disrupting my partner at night.

If you are having trouble with disruptive snoring I would recommend this kit as a possible solution.
